WELCOME TO MAUD FRIZON US

In order to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience, MAUD FRIZON maintains a 15-days no questions asked return policy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange.

 

- You can return your order for up to 15 days from the purchase date

- Products must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging

- All Sale / Promotional items cannot be returned / exchanged.

- Exchange is for the same item only (change size and/or colour). If you want to exchange for another item, please process a refund and place a new order.

- Please note that retail stores cannot assist you with your MAUD FRIZON online return. MAUD FRIZON merchandise purchased from other retailers, including retail stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

 

 

How do I return an item?

 

1. Go to www.MaudFrizon.com & click on the link “Returns/Exchanges” at the bottom of the page.

2. Fill out the Returns/Exchange Online Form. Please be sure to select a reason for returning the Item(s) and to indicate any details if requested.

3. Ship the completed Returns/Exchange Form and the Return Item(s) in its original condition and box to our address:

NB: Please note that MAUD FRIZON will not pay for returns.

NB2: Please remember to retain all proof of postage or drop-off until we have confirmed by email that your refund has been processed. This way if your parcel gets lost in the mail, you will be able to send us proof that you have mailed the parcel.

4. Once we have received your returned item(s) in acceptable condition, we will send you a confirmation email upon processing the refund.

 

Please keep in mind the following before you return an item:

- You may return your order up to 15 days following the delivery date

- As the returned parcel remains your responsibility until we receive it, remember to retain proof of postage, so if your parcel gets lost in the mail, you will be able to send us proof that you've mailed the parcel

- Products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original boxes and packaging, complete with any related accessories and tags. We ask you not to tape the box but to instead wrap it to prevent damage. As the parcel remains your responsibility until we receive it, please mail the return parcel with care!

- It can usually take up to 3 days for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse, depending on which return method you use. We will send you an email as soon as we have received your return in its original condition and have processed your refund. This is usually done within 72 hours.

- Refunds will be made in the form of original payment for the price noted on the packing slip. Credits should appear on your statement within two billing cycles. If you do not have your packing slip, please contact us at cs@maudfrizon.com and we will be happy to assist you in obtaining one.

- All items will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns, but in the rare event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, or is incomplete or after the 15-day period, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

- Please allow two weeks for your return/exchange to be processed.
